We are using EV Chargers and we will also experience some failures, so how can we judge the anomaly?

1. Abnormal power supply. Check that the EV Chargers are properly connected to the power supply, and that the power outlets and wires are properly connected, and use the voltage stabilizer or change the socket position when the voltage is unstable or too low.

   
   

2. Interface failure. Check whether the cable interface is loose, the red light and green light flashing alternately may indicate that the interface is loose or damaged, you need to re-plug the cable or contact after-sales service, when the EV Chargers cannot start and there is no response, check whether the power switch is turned on and whether the power cord is in good contact.

   
   

3. Slow charging speed. Check if the battery is full or the battery is aging, replace the cable or use a better quality cable, and confirm that the EV Chargers are working in a more stable mode.

   
   

4. Abnormal charging termination. Check if the power supply is normal, confirm that the current is not too high and cause tripping, and check that the network connection of the EV Chargers is normal.

   
   

5. Remote control is not possible. Check whether the WiFi signal is normal and the network connection is normal.

   
   

6. EV Chargers generate heat or leakage. Stop using it immediately and contact a service person to check if the grounding of the EV Chargers is normal.

   
   

7. EV Chargers black screen or freeze. Check that the emergency stop button is in the correct state, reclose the AC incoming switch, turn on the switch of the switching power supply, and replace the damaged parts, such as the main control board or display.
